Stability of Open Multiagent Systems and Applications to Dynamic Consensus

چکیده

In this article, we consider a class of multiagent network systems that refer to as open (OMASs): in these systems, an indefinite number agents may join or leave the at any time. Focusing on discrete-time evolutions scalar agents, provide novel theoretical framework study dynamical properties OMASs. Specifically, propose suitable notion stability and derive sufficient conditions for it. Our analysis regards arrival/departure disturbance; consistently, our require effect arrivals/departures be bounded (in precise sense) OMASs contractive absence arrivals/departures. order example application theory, reformulate well-known proportional dynamic consensus OMASs, resulting algorithm.
